By the time I arrived he had already chased off a potential buyer. Looked the car over, noticed and mentioned the windshield had a bit of damage. Nick checked with the powers that be and confirmed that the windshield would be replaced! Took a test drive. I was also allowed to take the vehicle to my mechanic by myself. No pressure at any time to buy. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The deal was made, my check was accepted even though it would take a few days to transfer funds into my account. I picked it up the following day, a Friday, and it had a beautiful new windshield. A final maintenance check was completed and Nick followed me so I could drop off my vehicle and I took him back to work. By Monday there were a few minor issues. I showed up at the dealership and they were dealt with promptly no questions asked. Very happy FJ Cruiser driver! More

Got us financed with no income! After submitting an application online, my boyfriend and I decided to just come to the dealership to purchase the car we were looking at. Mike was immediately accommodating and made us feel at ease. Being first time buyers and rather young, we really appreciated this. He was very amiable and encouraged us to do a test drive, which was one of the factors that made us sure of our decision to purchase the car. Now, my boyfriend and I were first time buyers with no current income but with decent credit and a hefty down payment. This made the process quite long but Mike and his finance manager Jose ultimately managed to work something out for us. We actually were not expecting an approval and were quite shocked that they managed to do this because again, we have no current income. The deal we received made sense with my boyfriend and I's financial situation and Mike was quick to explain anything we had questions with. Throughout the process, Mike treated us as if we were new friends and we even exchanged tidbits about our cultures. Nearing the end of the purchasing process, Jose helped us get a better deal with more features and lower interest. He was also very helpful with his explanations and we felt no pressure at all.
