Even though my credit rating is good I have some derogatory action on my report that prevented the credit unions from financing me. However, Auto City was able to finance the vehicle that I had been looking at for the last few months. J.R. was especially helpful during the process and facilitated the transactions smoothly form beginning to end. He even arranged for an Uber to pick me up from my location so I could get to the dealership. The inside of the dealership was very open and clean with all professional staff from the moment I walked in, and I felt at ease during the whole exchange. I had a minor little issue a few days later, but J.R. answered my call promptly and tried to assist with the matter (which really turned out to be nothing more than a silly user error on my part, haha). These guys are great and made sure to get me into the vehicle of my choice. More

quick and easy I needed a car in a hurry and the whole process was smooth and easy. I appreciated that there was no haggle or pressure. One suggestion is to make sure customer knows the banks down deposit required first just so they can plan the ahead for when they purchase. But overall great experience so far! More

Great buying experience I was in a bind and needed to find a fast solution as I commute for work a few days a week. Alfred made the whole process super quick and super easy. My truck broke down Monday, by Friday I was driving a new vehicle off the lot. I had started shopping around and came across AutoCity on google and browsed around. Submitted an application and within minutes Alfred left me a voice message. He communicated with me every step of the way, available through text and voice. I also worked with Jose, the finance manager. He was super awesome and helpful as well. They are both guys who go the distance to work with you. Again, I needed something fast as to not interfere with my schedule. The whole process was quick and easy. I assumed the process would have been much more difficult as this is the first time I've bought a car on my own. I definitely recommend Auto City to anyone looking to buy a nice car. More
