Awesome Sales and wonderful Customer Service Great place to buy a quality used car. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Initially my girl & I went on a Thursday evening to look at Nissan Versa a Great place to buy a quality used car. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Initially my girl & I went on a Thursday evening to look at Nissan Versa and saw they also had 2015 VW Golf (2 door). Was greeted by a friendly smile & good hand shake from JR S. who let us look at both cars and test drive with no pressure. We really liked the VW Golf though we were considering the Nissan Versa for costing less. That night after getting back home saw they also had a 4 door Auto VW Golf with just a few more miles on it and went back Friday evening to test drive it, ultimately we decided we wanted the VW Golf (4 door) and went ahead and purchased it. Jose M. gave us very good info and insight explaining the purchase process in detail, we opted for the additional Gap insurance & extended warranty. Only issue was horn stopped working on the VW Golf we ended up buying during it's test drive but they got it resolved the following morning in service by a replacing horn fuse & relay at no charge. Other than that we love car and really appreciate the amazing service that came with buying it! Great Job Autocity 😀 More

Freindly...but...insped the car thoroughly. The staff was really friendly. Alfred was great to work with. They let us test drive the vehicle without accompanying us and we had it for like an h The staff was really friendly. Alfred was great to work with. They let us test drive the vehicle without accompanying us and we had it for like an hour. It allowed us to really get to know it and see if it was something the wife could drive. We decided to purchase it. I was showing it off to friends and we found some overspray from a paint job. This work was not on the Carfax nor did they disclose that any work had been done. I called to ask about it and, after they did look into it, told me they had it done to cover up chips in the paint from rocks and such over the 4 years of life. That's fine and all, but why not disclose that to me up front? That shot my trust with them. I then had spend a morning taking it to a body shop to make sure that the vehicle wasn't in an accident. After a thorough inspection by the shop manager and me crawling under the vehicle as well to double check, we determined that it was indeed just a cosmetic paint job. The body shop manager also said that the work was good. So. I do recommend the place. Maybe ask them if they have done any work on it since receiving it. I don't think anyone was being dishonest, and maybe Al didn't know it was painted prior to hitting the lot since he's just a salesman. But, really take your time to inspect the vehicle so you can be sure something isn't amiss. Every time I called, the person who answered the phone was friendly and offered to help if whomever I was calling for was not available. In the end, I would likely go back if the price for the vehicle I was looking for is right (and as long as what we purchased doesn't end up being a lemon...but that's unlikely). More
