We test drove 3 cars in total before making our decision to buy. There was no pressure to buy and Tim was very patient while we made our decision. He got us financing at a great rate. The car we purchased had blacked out tinted windows in the front driver & passenger side windows & I expressed my concern that they were too dark & not legal. Tim confirmed that his service department could remove the tint & after performing that service the car was ready to be taken home the next business day.
