I accompanied my partner at Auto Direct for her to buy a car that she had her eye on and from the moment we walked in it was a much more pleasant experience with any dealership that I personally have ever h car that she had her eye on and from the moment we walked in it was a much more pleasant experience with any dealership that I personally have ever had. They treated us with respect and did not hound my partner like we have been when going to other dealerships. The ability to just freely move and ask what and when without being hovered over was very important and the lack of pressure we both felt when she made her decision to buy felt right. This is how a dealership should operate and treat their potential customers. Bonnie and Bob are great and 10/10 would recommend for anyone in the northeast to make the trip and find them in New Jersey to buy a reliable car. More
