I had just returned from Tampa on a wild goose chase after another Audi, they had taken my hold deposit over the phone and the car had already been sold. I was literally out of time and money for trusting them. I saw the ad for Auto Direct and looked them up to see other reviews then I sent a request to contact. Sean has been nothing but helpful and polite and understanding through this whole process. They didn’t even process my hold payment until I was in his office which is unheard of! I’m definitely happy that I travelled and dealt with good people. And I’m coming back in a few months to buy my son a car for his graduation.
