They are a family centered dealership, everyone was pretty hands on, when you come in the dealership no one is on you trying to figure out what you want immediately (which I liked, I like to walk around freely until I actually need help). As soon as I needed assistance someone was able to help me. They held on to my car for a little due to money issues (trusting that I was positive about purchase) and I was able to purchase within a few days.
