But I believe that they have deserved it, tenfold. My wife was here before I was and she had nothing but nice things to say about the staff, Bob and everyone else here. Pleasant experience My daughter was in need of a safe and reliable car. She has unfortunately been taken advantage of twice by private owners. My wife and I didn't want to see that happen a third time. While we were focused on reliable my daughter was focused on appearance and performance. Arriving at Auto Direct were greeted and offered assistance if we needed, but without feeling as though we had just adopted another family member. Immediately we discovered the vehicles met both our criteria. They were in excellent condition, and well maintained. On visits to other dealers I had little difficulty finding issues that were not disclosed to us. However, here I truly had to search to find fault with the vehicles. While I might have been able to find some they were so minor and this dealer offered to fix anything wrong. That was another nice surprise. Most dealers I had visited sold their vehicles as is unless there was something so obvious that it would interfere with the safe use of their product. This dealer did not limit his guarantee to those issues. The car we looked at was missing a small knob on the end of the lever on the back of one of the front seats. They told us everything would be taken care of including something small like that. When we finally made a decision regarding a vehicle we sat down to review financing. Although they offered a wide range of vehicles for almost anyone I felt a little hesitant regarding financing based on the fact that their facility was so well taken care of and I saw many higher end vehicles as well as less expensive cars. I expected the financing interview to be short and go something like " we are sorry...". It was far from that and they were able to assist us in getting very reasonable financing. My daughter, wife, and I had not had such a positive experience at a dealership before. We were never pressured. We were made to feel comfortable and at home. We felt confident in the support offered and the guarantees we were given. I actually felt that this dealer was concerned for my daughter's welfare in having a safe car, but not because of a concern for any liability. I believe he and his family and staff truly care and want to see their customers happy with their cars not just when they purchase them but also for the entire time they own them. I would recommend this dealership without reservation. More

Easy truck purchase Came to look for a truck I saw on the Internet. I was immediately greeted by Bob and was able to look at the truck. I was given plenty of time to look over the vehicle and didn't feel pressured. I took the truck for a drive and did notice one issue with it. Upon expressing my concern to Bob he took ownership of the issue and had it remedied by the next day. I came back and was happy to find the truck running as expected and went forward with the purchase. Overall a very positive experience. More

Easy, professional, and great experience I was salting a site next to Auto Direct in Edgewater Park and noticed there inventory. I decided to take a look at there selection. I found one of the cleanest used Ford Explorers I've ever seen. I decided to tell the wife about it. When we arrived we weren't tackled with salesman, talked into something we weren't looking for, or any of the typical car buying experiences. We entered the showroom and was peacefully greeted by the owners, Chad and Bob, we where asked if we needed help or was just browsing. That goes a long way in my book. We were able to look at vehicles without having someone watching every breath we took. We went inside, talked to Chad and Bob then was introduced to Shawn, there finance guy. He also was very professional and easy to talk to, no BS lines. Everything was very simple and quick. He suggested looking at there indoor showroom, unfortunately it's very large and Shawn was ready for us,lol.Low and behold in less than an hour, we drove off in a gorgeous Ford Explorer, thanks guys 👍 More

Good experience buying a car I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even knew which one and Chad took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a nice Ford Expedition, which is the car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew about other options. The indoor show rooom was nice and big with so many vehicles and with great prices. I found them online with better prices than the car dealers around my home that is 40 minutes away. I highly recommend Auto Direct Cars. More
