Driving my old car was not an option, I began looking on line and decided to go to the dealership and look around, I was able to roam the lot without being constantly interrupted by salespeople but when I needed help they were readily available. After spending 2.5 hours on the car lot I narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. When I spoke to Doug to process the loan paperwork I explained what was wrong with my vehicle which I was hoping to trade in. He thanked me for my honesty and got me what I think was a really good deal on my old vehicle.
