His ability to persuade me to try and find another vehicle with the same mileage for that price was convincing enough for me to get in the car and take it for a test drive. His family atmosphere was comforting and during the sale process, his words of encouragement were helpful. I recommend Bob and his family business to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I live out-of-state and was fortunate to have the experience I did with Auto Direct in South Jersey. More

Never had such a great car buying experience. I found a 2005 ford explorer through Auto Direct Cars website. I expressed to Bob over the phone that my credit was not that great, he told me to stop I found a 2005 ford explorer through Auto Direct Cars website. I expressed to Bob over the phone that my credit was not that great, he told me to stop in and bring some of my pay stubs, and any bills that come to my address in my name. I stopped in a few days later, and worked with Doug. Doug was very confident that I would get approved for a loan. He called me back a few hours later and said that everything was good to go! Even better my payments were lower than I expected. Now being a former mechanic I looked the car over and found a few minor issues, Doug made a list, and when I went to pick the SUV up all had been repaired by their mechanic, they even had a repair order! I have been to plenty of car dealerships before, and even worked at one as a mechanic, and have to see this is the best car buying experience I have had! They are not pushy in any sense, and are very friendly. Even better the owner, Bob called me a few times from his personal number to thank me and to see how the vehicle is. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends! We will be using them again in the future. Thank you! -Kevin- More

Awesome experience! I met with Bob the owner and his son Chad. Right away they took care of any questions and concerns that I had about the vehicle I was interested in. There were only a few minor defects but were resolved right on the spot. The amount of time and effort that these people put in to your experience will not only make you extremely satisfied but it will keep you coming back. Great Service at a Great Price I found out about this this company through Cars.com. My dad and I went to the Delran Location to check out a couple of vehicles and met Mike. He was a great all around guy who gave us great insight on many different vehicles and most importantly made us feel at home. They were very patient with us and took a lot of their time to make sure that we found the best vehicle for me. Mike encouraged us to go to other dealerships to look around, showing the confidence that their vehicles would be the best in the area. And their confidence prevailed! The vehicles I looked at there were the best vehicles for the best prices. Mike ensured us that they put in the time and effort to make their cars look and feel as if they were brand new, and you could tell; all of the cars we looked at were in great condition on both the outside and in. The whole team there was very laid back and ready to help whenever needed. Overall it was a great first time buying experience for me, and my father also had an enjoyable experience. We will definitely come back to Auto Direct when needed to potentially purchase another vehicle. More

Good buy This dealer have a group of nice people and good collection of used cars. I picked a 2003 Subaru in really good condition and runs smoothly. Buying from Austin Texas I found a Car from Auto Direct Cars online. I actually found a lot of cars. The follow up and follow through from these guys was far above the others. I flew in and they gave me a ride to the dealership on a holiday. The car was as advertised. I bought it and drove it back to Austin. There were a few trim items that were not to their standard so they had them ordered before I got there and sent them to me. I ran into a problem with the A/C but they also took care of that. I would recommend Auto Direct cars to friends and family. More
