Just to you understand better about my review *0/5 Stars - AUTOEXPO STORE: A MASTERCLASS IN DECEPTION AND DISRESPECT* I'm still fuming as I write this review about the absolute travesty that was my Stars - AUTOEXPO STORE: A MASTERCLASS IN DECEPTION AND DISRESPECT* I'm still fuming as I write this review about the absolute travesty that was my experience at Autoexpo Store. These people are experts in manipulation, and I'm not sure what's more shocking - their audacity or their complete lack of empathy. *4-Hour Drive for Nothing*: They lured me in with promises of a great deal, knowing I'd have to drive 4 hours from Boston to NY. And for what? To waste my time and disrespect me? They knew the entire history of my trade-in, and yet they still wasted my time with false promises. *Lowball Trade-In Offer*: After driving all the way to NY, they lowballed me on my trade-in. The sales rep was condescending and unprofessional, making me feel like I was stupid for even thinking I could get a fair deal. *Finance Team: A Joke*: The finance team was a joke. They acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me a loan, but really, they were just trying to make a quick buck off me. Their "professional" demeanor was just a facade for their complete lack of integrity. *Disrespect and Belittling*: The way they spoke to me was appalling. They talked down to me, belittled my opinions, and made me feel like I was worthless. It was like they were trying to break me, not sell me a car. *Embarrassing Experience*: I'm still embarrassed about the way I was treated. The whole experience was a masterclass in how to take advantage of someone's trust. Autoexpo Store, you've lost a customer, and you'll be lucky if I don't share my experience with everyone I know. *FINAL WARNING*: If you value your sanity and your wallet, stay away from Autoexpo Store. They're not in the business of selling cars; they're in the business of taking advantage of people. Don't make the same mistake I did. *NEVER GO TO AUTOEXPO STORE*. More
