Horrible I’ve done business with a dealership before and this one was just horrible. I visited the dealership on 11/27/17 looking to view the 2014 Mercedes Ben I’ve done business with a dealership before and this one was just horrible. I visited the dealership on 11/27/17 looking to view the 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA. Originally my boyfriend studied the vehicle online and wanted to specifically look at that one. We end up visiting the dealership and looking at the car. We were denied a chance to test drive the car because there were too many cars in the lot, but the salesmen (Josh) promised it was basically new. I end up purchasing the car putting 3,000 down. When I sat with the salesmen (Josh) I made it clear that I wanted to see numbers before anything. He said they would give it to me at the end when I sit with the financial manager. I signed a contract with who I believe was Ronny and never recieved any paper work stating numbers. Ronny said they will mail them, and I was fine with that. That same day I drove the car home and heard a noise coming from somewhere in front of the car. The next day my boyfriend checked it out and decided to take it to Mercedes dealership. The dealership did not look at it right away instead they set up a date and time with my boyfriend so he can bring it back to get it checked out. We purchased the car on a Sunday, that next week Tuesday Mercedes determined that it was a front cover missing and that all 4 wheels were bent the back ones being the worst. I then tried to reach out to the dealership in hopes of them taking care of the cost of the wheels being that I’ve only had the car for a week. I left messages to Ronny, Eric and even gaby asking if they can call me back. When I did receive a call back i don’t necessarily remember who it was, but I was told “I don’t understand mam’ your fully covered”. The sales manager then left me a message after I got off the phone with that individual, I was at work at the time and could not take the call at the time. I called the next day, no one ever got back to me. My boyfriend eventually called and spoke to someone and got set up to get serviced. We take the car to get serviced and we had to pay out of pocket 500$ for the wheels to be repaired. We also had to come back from CT to NY the very next day because someone failed to inform us that it would take 24hrs to be repaired. Before I left to CT on that Thursday I visited the dealership to see what was going on with my paperwork and josh sat us down with the sales manager. I explained what was going on and my experience thus far. He did not mention how can he help me instead he used his phone while I was speaking to him and basically repeated everything I said. He called the service manager so that he can clarify what I was paying for which I already knew what I was paying for...To paint the wheels. I asked Eric what if I wanted my money back he answered “This is not Macy’s you can’t return the car” I began to get frustrated with him and he told me in 30 secs this “interview” would be over. I asked is there anyone higher than you? He said “No I run this place”. I feel that I was being discriminated upon because my boyfriend and I were young. It is now 12/20/2017 and I have yet to receive my license plates and a copy of the contract. More
