I can't recommend this serivce center enough! Kris is a pleasure to deal with and the rest of the guys in the service dept. are always really friendly when I have spoken to them. I read all of the negative reviews about this dealership and was nervous about bringing my vehicle in, but I am so glad that I gave them a chance. Please give them a try you won't be disappointed! Very unhappy customer They are BULLIES!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! My boyfriend bought a nice 2011 GMC Sierra from there and a week later they wanted it back saying they couldn't g They are BULLIES!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! My boyfriend bought a nice 2011 GMC Sierra from there and a week later they wanted it back saying they couldn't get financing for it... Well then why did you let us drive off the lot if we couldn't get financed!!! Then they pressured my boyfriend into a single cab chevy, which is not even close to what he wanted and they promised brand new tires on Friday 8/5 which when my boyfriend went to pick it up had tires with 95% tread and a screw in the front passenger tire.... So they promised it to be ready yesterday which.. SURPRISE!! It still had the screw!!!!!! So i ask my boyfriend are you sure you want to continue this deal and he decides we wants to get his money back. So last night around 8:30 we go there asking for a copy of all his papers he has signed to see if we can get out of the deal since he has not taken legal possession of the truck yet, it is still sitting on the lot. That and for proof that he is in fact financed. We were then pulled into a room with about 5 of their guys and they were very aggressive in telling us no they do not have the copies on the property right now (which is illegal, they need to keep all documents on site for 7 years) and that they wouldn't print out proof that he is funded only show us on their computer, exact words were " we are only showing you this once that is it". The computer said that this deal was "booked" not funded which meant that the deal is not done!! But they kept arguing with us that it means the same thing and not to look at that... Then my boyfriend proceeded to say well if you will not provide me with my paper work i will contact my attorney. Then they started yelling at us to get out. So my boyfriend and I proceeded to walk away from the dealership and one of their managers then chased us out yelling "you want to play games? bring it on cowboy!" We were then followed for 2 miles down river road by one of their dealership guys in his nice xxx BMW....a very noticeable car obviously. Oh and don't worry I took pictures and videos. So if you're in the area looking to buy a car or truck do yourself a favor and don't go to auto town. More

Car Business Sleaze... HORRIBLE! We purchased 2 cars (1 new, 1 used) in the same day last year and had our contract numbers altered. We had our 2 antsy kids with us and hadn't noticed We purchased 2 cars (1 new, 1 used) in the same day last year and had our contract numbers altered. We had our 2 antsy kids with us and hadn't noticed the change in terms but the sale price was 3k more than originally agreed on for the used vehicle. Since then, my husband has used the service department twice and was met with attitude and arrogance. They do not communicate, could care less about when your vehicle gets in or gets finished and treat their customers so unprofessionally it's almost unreal. We were looking for a small dealership as a "home base" for when we replace vehicles every few years with a great service department... AutoTown IS NOT IT!!!!!!! More
