I have purchased multiple vehicles at Autofair and because of this experience, I will never go back. I felt like I was taken advantage of. After asking the service advisor if there was nothing found, because of this experience, I will never go back. I felt like I was taken advantage of. After asking the service advisor if there was nothing found, I’d there would still be a charge and his response was no, that would be honored. Upon receiving a phone call within 30 minutes of leaving the service department, being told the mechanic did not feel the issue while driving the vehicle, that everything looked good underneath (this is a brand new car within 1 year of being purchased), that the tires are not wearing evenly and that may be causing the issue, I was charged the diagnostic fee. When questioning the fee after our initial conversation, I was told “it may be causing the issue” is a diagnosis. It’s too bad after being a loyal customer for many years, that $140 and a poor decision is going to cost you all future business. I would not recommend using the service department at Autofair. They were not honest nor professional after the fact. More
