After buying 2 cars here, there won't be a third. They included a package I said I didn't want which cost me plenty on the 1st car. It was straightened out when I bought the 2nd car but the key fob did no included a package I said I didn't want which cost me plenty on the 1st car. It was straightened out when I bought the 2nd car but the key fob did not work. I replaced battery as requested but it still didn't work. I scheduled an 8am appt thru Tammy to have fob reprogrammed. When I arrived a salesman asked what I was there for. I told him fob needed reprogrammed. He wanted me to produce paperwork stating AutoMax owed me a key fob. Huh? I thot he was kidding. He wasn't. Continued asking me to produce paperwork. He was very confrontational! Tammy walked over to me then & the salesmen backed off. No attempt at levity or an apology for giving me such a hard time. When I continued feeling confronted Tammy brought David (supervisor) over. I explained what had occured. His reply? The salesman was only doing his job! Is it his job to be difficult & confrontational? Was he listening to me? David replied he probably wasn't listening closely enough but it WAS the salesmen job. Are you familiar with the 'Me Too' movement? The good ole boys at AutoMax are prime examples of why it exists. More

We were in the market for a nissian frontier and we found one thatvfit our budget at automax. Charlie was great in working with us. The managment/ finance was another story.
