AutoMax Ocala was more eager to push a sale for themselves than support a customer buying their first vehicle. There has been no replies from any staff or support when contacted multiple times a themselves than support a customer buying their first vehicle. There has been no replies from any staff or support when contacted multiple times after vehicle died less than 2 weeks after it's purchase. Spending more on repairs than the down payment on a part that was recalled by the manufacturer. More

Well, I probably won’t do business with nobody but them from now on when I first went up there they couldn’t get me into the vehicle. AUTOMAX had an outstanding selection of automobiles to examine and choose from. We arrived at the location just to browse around. I was surprised at the number of automobiles that aroused my interest. examine and choose from. We arrived at the location just to browse around. I was surprised at the number of automobiles that aroused my interest. It didn’t take long for us to determine that there were several vehicles which seriously attracted our interest. Never did I think I would find so many automobiles in one area that were so appealing to the eye. We saw numerous cars presented at a price that was very enticing. With the assistance of the CarMax associate Lee Graham we were able to narrow our choice and select an automobile that met our requirements and put us into a stylish vehicle at a price we never thought we could afford or own. What a place to find so many great looking cars with low mileage. This was a trip to a dealer that made us feel good upon leaving.
