I had a very positive experience personally, purchasing my vehicle....I would have given it a 4.5 instead of the 4 but there was no option...I would take a half point off for poor detailing; there was anim my vehicle....I would have given it a 4.5 instead of the 4 but there was no option...I would take a half point off for poor detailing; there was animal hair that was missed bc it was in the door pocket...Things happen but it was an inconvenience... My salesman was Felipe who deserves a 5 bc of the care he demonstrated from the 1st call to the end of the sale...and Lora, the finance person was amazing as well. Salesperson seemed uninterested at the beginning and than was annoyed when i decided to buy different car which was based on him telling me about features that the car doesnt even have not to mention him tel was annoyed when i decided to buy different car which was based on him telling me about features that the car doesnt even have not to mention him telling me it was a 6 cyl when its only a 4 cyl. Finance mgr was nice and did his job well. Not the best experience with this dealer because i bought a car that doesnt have what i was told it has. The entire time we were waiting on paperwork there was a manager raising his voice with the sales staff about why more sales weren’t happening. Very unprofessional and not the atmosphere i want to be part of as i spend 40k. I do like the car More
