Drove 2 hours to look at a truck, only to be met with an inexperienced sales associate that couldn’t answer basic questions about much of anything and flat out lied about an interest rate special they suppo inexperienced sales associate that couldn’t answer basic questions about much of anything and flat out lied about an interest rate special they supposedly had for Black Friday, as well as an incredibly arrogant and condescending sales manager (aka “Cash”) who instantly reminded me of a stereotypical used car salesman. Bought the truck anyway because I needed the tax write off but overall had a horrible experience at this dealership. More
