I walked in and had spoken to Tammy the night before about a car , and she was got on the job of looking into the one I was interested in , the one in question has sold but she took the time to hear out about a car , and she was got on the job of looking into the one I was interested in , the one in question has sold but she took the time to hear out my needs and budget and found three choices that were similar ..I went down the next day and we looked at them all and I made a choice of which one would work for me. She paired me up with .Andres to do a test drive of the vehicle and he was very patient and was able to make personal connection with me that helped me relax and be more comfortable with the process. I was hesitant to purchase a newer car , since the one I had was paid off , however it was time for a new one due to mechanical issues and high mileage. He and Tammy both put my mind as ease and assured me that things would all go smoothly . Tammy was aware that it was my birthday that same day and when I was finished with all of the paper work with Dan (who made the dreaded paperwork a sinch) ...they both told me Happy Birthday and congratulations on the new car , and in the end I finally smiled and thanked them both for all of their support and great customer service. I was in and out of the place in a very short amount of time . I will definitely recommend them and AutoMax Ocala to my friends. Everyone on staff were very friendly and I was treated very kind . This place is outstanding! Son came in for his first purchase and Dan was amazing. Dan was answering my questions at 7:30 am and listening to all my questions and customizing a Son came in for his first purchase and Dan was amazing. Made us extremely comfortable and updated us repeatedly with every step of the process. Then once he made the perfect deal happen, he turned us over to Scott in financing. Scott was a hoot and for the first time in my life I didn’t feel nauseous signing the purchase paperwork. He made it easy. We would recommend this place 100000% over any place else. Worth the drive ! Oh and I need to mention sat down to do the deal at 11:30 and was out by 1:30!!! Not an all day event! More
