I traded in my 2020 1/2 ton for a 2015 1 ton that was a little rough around the edges and the manager, Cash ,gave me a great out the door price! My sales rep JC was really nice and 100% up front about any issues. He also sent me detailed photos I had asked for without trying to hide or downplay anything. We had to stay a little late due to a line in front of us at the finance dept, but Dan was great and took care of the paperwork quickly once we were in there, without any type of upsell pressure. JC and Dan were off the day we picked up the truck so we worked with David (sales) and Annette (finance) to finish things up. Overall, it was a very smooth transaction and I would recommend Automax Ocala to anyone looking for a used vehicle! More

It would have been nice to know how their mention of recalls due on the vehicle were not on the their script.. when I asked what they were I was told to go to a Kia dealership they would tell me. I like the car I don’t like being taken advantage of and find out one of the recalls may mean a full motor replacement.
