I paid cash for the car and had my insurance already set up, so expected the delivery to go quickly, yet had to talk to someone named Cole about warranties he was trying to sell me. At this point in time I'd been at the dealership for nearly 4 hours, I was exhausted and hungry, just wanted to drive my new car the 2&1/2 hours to home, preferably before rush hour! Well thanks to Cole delaying the process I was finally out of there at 5pm, right in rush hour traffic heading west out of Spokane. I'll never understand why all dealerships want to sell you warranties, like do you not faith in your product or what? Again Jonathan was great and explained everything very well about how to operate the car. I highly recommend him as a salesman. More

We bought a 2010 Lexus LX 570 that had been traded for another vehicle. The vehicle is solid for the year. I traded my 2018 4Runner and was pleased/surprised with the amount I got for it. Overall it was a very good experience. The 4Runner had 96K and the 570 had 101K. I needed a larger vehicle and engine to tow with and the 570 will do the trick. More
