I went to check out a used vehicle to test drive and purchase. Staff was very friendly and with no pressure. They all were upfront with the pricing and time it would take to complete the transaction. I went in with my own financing and staff presented other no pressure offers to consider. After getting home with the car, I found an oil leak. I contacted Nathan the salesman. He responded immediately that they would fix the problem. I took the car back in and was offered a new loaner to use while my car was being fixed. I had my car back the same day with the issue fixed. The whole experience was exceptional. I will be sure to look here first when looking for my next vehicle. More

Denise is very knowledgeable in the service department. She always tries to get it done fast and she always keeps me notified about everything. Sounds to me like it’s an outside vendor that be like uses maybe they should use their own people so that they can guarantee a nice car wash when you leave. More

Jose was very helpful. Actually, everyone at the dealership was helpful. The rating is downgraded because it seems impossible that a small piece of red plastic can cost $6 Actually, everyone at the dealership was helpful. The corporate greed here is off the charts. Buick is not doing themselves any favors. What does has taught me is to get several estimates for any repairs not covered by my warranty. Jack Olsen More
