I can assure you that we make every effort to be fair, and fully explain the details of our services and fees. From time to time we have misunderstandings as with most businesses, but it is our intent to follow up with those customers and clear up any confusion. I looked into the issue, and found that you indeed had authorized a $65 diagnostic fee, with your signature, to determine the source of the "clicking" noise in your vehicle. We encourage all of our customers to read everything that they are signing thoroughly, as we are unable to review every single detail with each customer. We are, however, more than willing to explain anything that may not be written clearly or understood. Ultimately, our team waived the $65 diagnostic fee to ensure your satisfaction and to avoid further escalation. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding with the fee's that are set in place by the corporation, but we can assure you that we operate with fair and legal business practices. Your satisfaction is important to everyone at Brandon Dodge and we encourage you to contact us if you would like to discuss the situation further.
