We went to the dealership and test drove a Ford Maverick. We really liked the truck and were told that we could not get it because it had been promised to someone else that was flying in to get the truck. Mohammad and his sales manager searched for an identical truck and they found one in Houston. The following week, they had someone drive the truck up from Houston so we could purchase it. They could have easily said "too bad" but they showed their customer service and made it right. Mohammad was a pleasure to work with, and he is a credit to the dealership. I wished I lived closer to the dealership so that I could take it there for service. Unfortunately, we live in Fate, TX which is very far from the dealership. I have already told other people how well they treated my wife and I. Again, Mohammad is a credit to the dealership. I would definitely go back to him for a future purchase. More

Bought the truck then waited patiently for a week for our vehicle to go through make ready. When we drove up to the dealership to take possession of the truck we noticed the agreed upon wheels were not on th vehicle to go through make ready. As soon as the sales person met us to hand us the keys he immediately said they didn’t put on the wheels and there was nothing we could do about it. I have text and pictures as proof that that was part of the deal. We considered this a dishonest deal and will not do business with them in the future. More

I had the vehicle 1 week when the check engine light came on. I had to take it to the dealership and they did Lyft me home but they are not going to even look at my car for 5 business days.
