I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my days and this was my most pleasant experience ever. James and Hunter were both GREAT. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. Had to bring my truck in for the bed liner and he promised to have a car waiting for me and he was at the car when I drove up, took my license and insurance copies and I was on my way. The sales team is great and helpful. Fast transaction. Only gripe is they did not give me the details on my factory warranty, that went out 8 days after I bought it. The down fall of this dealership is going to be the general manager. I had a case where the motor failed in my truck while it was still under their Autonation 90 day 4000 mile warranty. Their warranty denied it because I drove it to their dealership with a known problem as I was told to do. Because its a Chevy, they punted the problem to their Chevy store down the road. After several weeks of back and forth, the general manager basically just stuck it to me and said he's washing his hands of it, told his sales manager to stay out of it, and said it was up to the Chevy dealership. Of course the Chevy dealership says its Fords issue. Either way, the general managers at both locations do not care or make any effort for after sale satisfaction of their customers. They will leave you out to dry and stuck with the bill. If you want a dealership that is going to stand by their warranty and their customers, this is not the one More
