I took my f150 for mantinance service and I asked for oíl change and tire rotation, They didnt do the rotation apparently becouse they could not find the wheel lock, the problem was that they did not call to change and tire rotation, They didnt do the rotation apparently becouse they could not find the wheel lock, the problem was that they did not call to front desk team (Alex in my csse), so they just decided not rotate the tires and I had to wait another 40 minutes there. Owned the same car since graduating high school (2014), and nearly 10yrs & a total of 260,000 miles I decided it was time for an upgrade. I’ve always known my first truck would be an F-150, but given today's economy & outrageous interest rates I’ve been holding back. I decided to bite the bullet & get a truck, after weeks of searching I found one I really liked & reached out to AutoNation. Jose Cortez, from AutoNation, reached out to me & made the whole experience very pleasant. Made sure communication was kept but did not constantly call/text/email like these other dealerships whom are still bugging me even after purchasing my truck already from AutoNation. Keep in mind this was my first time stepping into a dealership, & was a lot smoother & straight forward than I imagined. More
