I was decently happy with our experience. We got a great deal on our Ford Expedition EL XLT with 64,000 miles for $20,998. John was helpful. I was upset they didn’t fix the panel on the side of the car when we got there to pick it up. We thoroughly looked at it before and it was not broken. Then our finance guy was not letting us hold the iPad and sign the papers ourselves. He was scrolling and signing it for us. I had to be stern and tell him I wanted to sign and go through it myself. I was excited about our deal and with John but definitely have had better service other places. More
