My situation was somewhat complex, but Auto Nation Ford on the Gulf Frwy in Houston was able to work around all the complexities. She did an excellent job of showing and explaining the salient features of my PHEV. Interestingly, she had never before had the opportunity to sell a PHEV. It was amazing to me how well she could understand all the features of a very unique vehicle in such a short time! More
