If i could give ZERO STARS I would! This will be the LAST time I go to AutoNation on Gulf Freeway. The tech people in the back scratched my car with their car wash machine! And I know for sure it's not the first time because I've heard other people saying the same thing. I took my car just for an oil change and they called back saying it needs other things to be fixed. So I paid for it. Then once they gave me my car back back, it had other issues that didn't have before. And wanted to overcharge more. They also messed up my drivers side door and wanted To charge me for something they did! Ugh! It took them a total of 5 days to give me my car back. No communication or updates about my car. Mykaela did a horrible job. Never going back again. I Do not recommend here. More
