The service department was awesome, even though the scope of work was mechanical and not an oil change the Service Manager and his team worked to get it done in a couple of hours. Went in to have bluetooth checked. . was told when I scheduled 2 months ahead of time it was a free thing to price the work. 2 months pass and i went in for my appointment. I went in they took my keys so i went to sit down, about 20 minutes later the man who took my keys came up to me and said we do t know if this will fix it but its $200 to update the truck software. I said no thank you i would rather put that towards a new radio. The man looked at me and said work has already been started….. i said i don’t agree to the price and you should have told me the price before work began. He threw an absolute fit in front of other customers. I was so mad after my experience i will never return, i was going to let this all pass but y’all kept spamming my email for a review so here you go.. More
