this is a big problem with the dealership that they are so short handed. You call and the phone rings 20 times before anyone answers.. I WAS TOLD IF I MADE AN APPOINTMENT, thinks would go much faster, joke joke. i have been dealing with this dealership for 15 years and never been treated like this, and told such a bad story as they told me..Here is what append , all i wanted,at a cost of 99.0 a oil change, hidi told me it was time for my 30m checkup at a cost oi 800 plus and i told her NO, JUST A OIL CHG, I THINK THEY DID' NOT GET THE MESSAGE IN THE SHOP. ,so they made up this phony story to collect. badbad to treat a long time customer like this. ps i have purchase 4 or 5 trucks at this dealership but no more, shame on you
