Took jeep there on Monday and Thursday late get a call stating they cannot work on jeep has to go to jeep dealer. They know I'm coming and why.. Extra time without a car having to borrow one to go to work or get rides to work. Very inconvenient. And still waiting on jeep dealer to tell me what's wrong and needed fixed. Just ridiculous. More
Sent car for 65 mile check up, inspection sticker and 2 warranty recalls. Left car off at 8:00 am— never heard from service advisor — could not get ahold if service department. Service department was awful— i1st time this has happened in our 15 years of buying and servicing our cars there!!!! Not happy. More
Clean transaction. There were ZERO added on surprises - the price I paid was exactly the advertised price, the transaction was fast, and the finance exactly what was advertised. The dealership is very professional in appearance, as well as the employees. When looking for a vehicle, we received good customer service. We found a vehicle to purchase and it did have some blemishes, well as the employees. When looking for a vehicle, we received good customer service. We found a vehicle to purchase and it did have some blemishes, but it was in the agreement that they’d fix it. We were told it would take about a day and our vehicle would be pushed to the front to be fixed asap. We left it there on the Friday that we bought it. It was not fixed until the upcoming week. A leak was found while they washed it and water was getting into the trunk, before we drove it off the lot. This was promised to be fixed also. We dropped it off Friday evening and were told it would take about a day to get fixed. Did not hear anything about it that Saturday, so I finally contacted them Sunday afternoon. It was not ready yet. I doubt I would’ve been notified if I didn’t initiate contact. A couple days pass and it was finally delivered to my house and the next day I gave it a wash. The leak is still there. I’m not even sure if it got fixed at this point, or if they just didn’t check to see if it’s still leaking. Either way, I’m not impressed with the customer service at all. More
