. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the unprofessional and horrible experience I recently had with this dealership. I believe it is important for you to be aware of the situation so that you don't make the same mistake I did. To begin with, I was misled about the car I intended to purchase. A sales representatives assured me that the car was ready for purchase, only to find out later that it was not. As a result, they offered me an alternative vehicle, a Honda Oddesy van, which I decided to purchase on 11-02-23. However, just a week after driving it, the engine light came on. Concerned about this sudden issue, I took the van to a professional shop for diagnosis. To my dismay, I discovered that they had sold me a vehicle with a broken catalytic converter. This revelation was especially frustrating because I was specifically told by Auto Ford Nation that all cars are serviced on the lot. It is evident that I was misled by multiple car salesmen especially who seemed to give me the runaround, and even a front manager named Robert who falsely promised to order the necessary parts and neve contacted me. Furthermore, throughout my ownership of the vehicle, I diligently reached out to the dealership every week to see if they ordered the parts for my car, as I believed this was the proper protocol for getting my car serviced. However, I recently learned from the service department that I am required to physically bring the car to the dealership for servicing. I've been waiting a month in a half. This lack of clear communication and inconsistent information has only added to my frustration and inconvenience. What troubles me even more is the fact that I am still making monthly payments on this car, yet it has already exhibited a major issue. It is unfair that I am expected to continue paying for a vehicle that is not functioning properly due to a fault that existed at the time of purchase. Also not to mention I put 6,000$ down on the vehicle. I understand the vehicle is used but that has nothing to do with what you guys are telling people.Supposedly You guys moto is you service all your cars on the lot but that's a lie. Also I've asked serval people for names of all the employees who has mistreated me and tried to belittle me for buying a used car. Pleaser before you purchase any cars from this place take it to be diagnosed! They are very evil. They will lie with a straight face. More

Showed up to look at the truck after driving 2. 5 hours in Houston traffic in the evening. Salesman goes to look for the truck. If they knew it had a problem should have taken it off the web. Not leave it up to bait you to come look at it and then switch you off to another higher price vehicle like they tried to. Got the run around for awhile but eventually got the issue resolved. The finance guy was the rudest I have ever dealt with. I should have walked away from this place and purchased elsewhere. Now after a couple of weeks of owning this truck I find out that the 110 outlets do not work. We noticed that the plug was hanging. We plugged it back in and still no power. It was unplugged for a reason and I have no idea why. I have contacted the dealership to get it in to be fixed but no callback. Called back a week later and finally spoke to someone. She was a bit rude when I asked for a loaner. I have a brand new truck that already has issues and still have to go to work to be able to pay for this truck. I ended up calling another dealership and they are actually coming to my home to fix my truck on my schedule. More
