They were one of the few dealerships to actually have NEW trucks on their lot instead of having to pre-order. Amir was great getting the process started and taking care of us. Unfortunately it took us 2 days and 5+ hours before we could drive the truck off the lot. On day 1 (11am-2pm), Amir helped us getting credit checked and our trade-in appraised. It was ridiculously annoying that we walked in on day 2 at 9:05am (open) and the truck wasn't cleaned/detailed, gassed-up, and ready to drive off the lot. Amir scheduled us to be back for the NEW truck at 9am and asked the service guys to look it over the afternoon before we took possession. They just were not done “servicing” the NEW truck when we came back. I didn't quite understand why a NEW truck with only 20miles needed to be serviced before purchased. We managed to finish all the financial paperwork before the NEW truck was finished being serviced. Since we still had to wait and it was 11am we walked to Taco Bueno for lunch. On our walk back, Amir actually picked us up in our NEW truck as he had just filled up the gas tank. We still had to wait some more for them to wash/detail the truck. It was after 12:30pm when we finally left with our NEW truck. The actual purchasing process was quick but the waiting for the NEW truck to actually be ready to drive off the lot was ridiculous. If that's a sign of how their service department runs we'll drive a farther distance to other AutoNation Ford Service Centers. More
Service department took the time to figure out what was wrong and made it happen. They actually called me to say it was done and I remembered another issue I was having so they immediately threw it back in wrong and made it happen. Was given a 7:30 A. M. appointment for Monday 6/20/2022. Waited three hours and had to get my vehicle back before they did the oil change. Was not happy that I had to come back another day. Went back Friday 6/24 after 2:30. Mr. Randy had the oil changed. Appointments shouldn’t be over booked. Ford customer for a while. Customer’s experience should be a good one. I always recommend ford because I have had good experiences. More
