I bought my car in, excited about the free recall for safety locks,. I was persuaded by Carl to get my engine light looked at to clean off battery. Sounds good! I showed up early for my scheduled maintenance visit. As I had no service advisor selected, Mikel Ouida engaged with me and stepped me through the process.
