I disappointed when I leave my truck there for one day due to recall. When I came back next day picking up inside were dirty lots dust and sand for the interior also the outside. They need lessons on customer service in the service department. Asked to check my rotors along with my oil change on a car I bought six months ago. He proceeds to tell me it would be 180 to just look a department. Asked to check my rotors along with my oil change on a car I bought six months ago. He proceeds to tell me it would be 180 to just look at them. I didn’t ask them to change them for free. Just look at them. I left frustrated in the morning. When we come back to pick up the car, they tell me the rear rotors are very worn. So I bought a car that should’ve had new rotors and I was made to feel like a burden after my request and they checked the brakes anyways. Why tell a customer they won’t check the brakes and then go and check them anyways? Makes no sense. Did he just want to tell me no for the sake of it? Terrible service. More
