Unfortunately, something came up so I had to reschedule the appointment. Again an easy process. Then I did a pre-app, so far baby steps. Get to the store and what made this even better was the fantastic, professional salesperson. Brayson Longman was so kind and upfront. I know there are many that we don't see or work with, that put the numbers together and so on.......to them "Thank you". I was super impressed with him. We talked, we laughed and we made a deal. What I recommend to you, if you are looking for a new vehicle go see Brayson. He's honest and sincere. Then I had to go to the F&I office, here is the final part of the deal.......Imad Amarir. Sign, sign, sign and I'm out. I knew prior to going into the office what my total was, what my payments where and so on......this man was super nice. What I loved the most was you knew these two honestly cared. I walked away with what I wanted and I am thrilled that I made the best deal with the best people. Took my car in on a Saturday morning (with an appointment) with an expected return date of the following Tuesday. Finally received word it was ready on Monday after 9 days in the shop. My rep was good and communicated with me regularly, but the content of the updates was disturbing. Apparently, since there were a few things wrong with the truck, it needed to see 3 different techs. And each time it changed tech hands, it was put in the back of the queue for the new tech meaning my truck sat and waited for the tech to finish jobs in front of mine on vehicles that may have been in shop a shorter time period overall. Advisor stated they were just really busy, and it was in line to get looked at soon. More

This review is for AutoNation Ford Katy Tx. First of all this vehicle was for my son and we had a trade in but ended up selling that vehicle to a friend. Our first and original appointment was there was cancelled because of rain and it was really hard for us to get another appointment arranged because of the type of schedule I work. But omg the people at AutoNation especially Sam H. We’re fantastic. They kept in touch but not pushy and worked with us until we were able to get there. We asked for Sam bc we wanted him to get sales credit as from there it was like the red carpet was rolled out. They make you feel like there is no one else there but you and although the place is as busy as a train station lol everything went as smooth as silk! They really have a wonderful system working and plenty of employees which makes a difference when you are car shopping. Sam and my son hit it off right away ( they both like gaming) and soon enough the original vehicle we wanted still being available and a deal was made. Every step was easy and AutoNation finds a way to make it work. If you are talking to them about a new or used vehicle you can believe they will make it work for you. A lot of places make promises but they really stand on theirs. If your on the fence give AutoNation a call and a chance to prove it to you! Let AutoNation roll out the red carpet for you! You won’t be disappointed! Just take a look next time your out and about at all the AutoNation “pink” license plates on the road! They’re everywhere and there is a reason for that!
