I somehow wound up paying the total costs of $80,000 for a $52,000 truck due to erroneous fees and being told outright by Ahmad that he was artists. First time having Ford F-250 service work done after owning a Toyota Tundra for over a decade. The service advisor had the personality of a rock. Acted like I was interrupting his day even though I ha owning a Toyota Tundra for over a decade. The service advisor had the personality of a rock. Took my vehicle for repairs. They had to keep it for many days. My warranty comes with rental/loaner car. They didn't have any. My vehicle is a GMC. The dealership was a Ford. Negative attitude by service writer regarding solving a dashboard computer problem. They didn’t resolve the problem. I asked them to check the brakes and they completely blew that off.
