Randall Linney provided quick, knowledgeable, friendly, service for the Warranty Repair of Cam Phaser issue. Although the repair was not a success and I will need to return for the "next steps" in the repa service for the Warranty Repair of Cam Phaser issue. Although the repair was not a success and I will need to return for the "next steps" in the repair process, Randy was on top of it all the way. My vehicle is a fleet vehicle and our company uses AutoNation Ford for all repairs and some purchases. This is the 3rd experience I've had and Randy was my Service Advisor each time. Great company.
