Purchase a used vehicle 07/09/21 had problems with the radio display, took it back they tried to fix it but, no luck. Then they told me they were going to replace the radio. I've been calling and spoke to sales persons, sales mgrs., and still haven't been able to get an answer yet. I had to call about 15 times before someone answered the phone. It's now 9/20/2021 still waiting no one is returning my calls. Now I guess I have to take that long drive to the dealership again to see what's really going on! This is the second vehicle I've purchase from Auto Nation but the first vehicle was purchased at a different Auto Nation their service was great . Here it is 11-15-2021 same old song we will call you back I'm needing to renew my paper Tags again that expired 11-12-2021 Mrg sent an email 11-09-2021 for the tags no one Replied. this is something That can be sent to my email, but I guess I have to make that long drive from Humble to Katy to get it done customer service sucks. More
The service advisor Dustin was very polite, friendlily and helpful. I had problem with my third room seat, he assured me that it will take care and was honest that it might require more time than usual. M and helpful.
