I have been buying vehicles from this dealership when it was Katy Texan Ford dealer years ago. I had an error code on my 2019 F-450 truck and called for an appointment and they said they could get me in tha was Katy Texan Ford dealer years ago. When dropping off the truck Thursday morning they then told me it would probably be Saturday before they could even look at the error code. I was a little disappointed since we were leaving on vacation end of next week. So I said okay and they said most likely all that was needed was a computer flash. I was thinking then truck would be ready probably Monday. Monday came and went. Tuesday came an no contact so stopped by at lunch. Advisor told me it was in line to get to a tech but probably be Wednesday. I was out at lunch on Wednesday and stopped by to see what was going on. Advisor was out at lunch and talked to his backup. Still tech has not seen truck yet. I told him I would be picking up truck Friday morning regardless of what they were doing. Finally got a call late Thursday that truck was ready. A PCM flash update solved the issue. I picked up and looks like engine light is off now. Now I am rushed getting ready for vacation. Anyway, my biggest complaint is there is no reason for a vehicle to sit on the lot almost a week waiting to be serviced. I think their quality of work is good but their scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. More

Give attention to customer needs and the second issue is how the customer needs to leave the car for service and go home with out a loaner car or rental car, when I have a warranty.
