Unprepared and did not do the things to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive. I started having problems the second day I drove it. There is a problem with the u-joint and your dealership knew I was vehicle was safe to drive. I started having problems the second day I drove it. My salesman knew I was flying I to Houston to get the car and nothing was ready when I got there. Would not buy another vehicle from your dealership. Nor would I recommend it. More

Horrible experience, went in due to ONE cylinder having a misfire, I check my codes, confirm cylinder 2 is misfiring, tech then claims I need 6 coils and 6 spark plugs and oxygen sensors replaced, and shows misfire, I check my codes, confirm cylinder 2 is misfiring, tech then claims I need 6 coils and 6 spark plugs and oxygen sensors replaced, and shows me on his computer that I indeed only have one misfire, quotes me nearly $4k dollars, I tell him I have a warranty, the shady man makes request for everything he says I need warranty denies claim and nothing gets fixed, on top of that they kept my truck for over a month. What is wrong with these people? More
