We were made aware of a recall about which we were told there were no parts. A year or more later, we receive a final notice to get the repair. We made an appt only to be told the repair would take 3 day there were no parts. A year or more later, we receive a final notice to get the repair. We made an appt only to be told the repair would take 3 days. We called to find out if the repair was complete on the day we were advised it would be and were told they didn't have the part but they would call us to bring back the vehicle when the part that would be earmarked specifically for my vehicle arrived. It has been almost 2 more months and no one has called to have the recall repair completed. More
