After another dealer kept our car for almost a month (bad experience) we brought it here, it was a pleasure to do business with a GOOD service dept. Service advisor Steven Yee was prompt & nice to us from th experience) we brought it here, it was a pleasure to do business with a GOOD service dept. Service advisor Steven Yee was prompt & nice to us from the minute the car got there on the wrecker. We were actually there only once ourselves for a few minutes just to pick the car up after the work was done. 2014 Expedition with over 130k miles, did some regular maint work & transmission warranty work. Steven followed up several times on the phone promptly, they had the car for a week including the day it arrived, very quick considering the work that was done. Good job-even though there are other big dealers closer, we'll probably be back. Thanks a million! More
