I was greeted immediately, and though I have a Ram truck they were happy to help. More than acceptable service all the way up to financing. Messed up the paper work and had the wrong trucks Vin number so had to restart. Of course the truck I was purchasing cost more and they just went about it without letting me know exactly how much more it was. New finance paperwork has the buyer and co-signer reversed. Didn't review it enough at the time since it was the second time we had to sign all the paperwork after the first paperwork mistake. Currently trying to figure that out. In normal finance fashion, added on a tremendous amount of extras that had to prices attached. Finance personnel said that he was "helping us out" and "taking care of us" as if it was free dealer add-on. Love the Truck, terrible buying experience that I'm still frustrated with, definitely got taken advantage of. Dealer had a "sellers market" attitude, wasn't too pleasant. Vehicle Service has been great, no complaints there. So many emails to leave a review. Well here it is. Buyers beware. Finance will push stuff by you without announcing all details or prices to stuff their pockets. Don't tell them what your monthly payment can be, they'll jack up interest rates above the lenders and they take that extra percentage home. Rediculous. Buyers beware. More
