This has not been an easy review to write. Mister Stevens the General Manager was great and professional to deal with and had his personnel on the job immediately and soon as we spoke. Carrie who answers the phones was wonderful who went out of her way to personally get me to Finance Personnel who refused to answer the phones and get me in touch with them. The overall process has been very unpleasant and hopefully will be resolved before the NEW Year.

I had nothing but problems with Ford Katy, we just received the Title and have just received my tags after over two (2) months of dealing with the Dealership and unable to drive the vehicle. I am amazed the dealership is in business treating customers the way I was. I am sure it is good advertisement for AutoNation!
