Great, fast service. Both my sales and finance reps were awesome. The 2022 F-150 Tremor I purchased is missing the Tremor-specific side badging/vents due to a manufacture Both my sales and finance reps were awesome. The 2022 F-150 Tremor I purchased is missing the Tremor-specific side badging/vents due to a manufacturer shortage and the dealership gave me a written IOU to get those installed in my truck once Ford Motor Co. has them available. I look forward to get the side badges and get the truck completed soon!! More

Surprise shop fee of $ 59. 99 is excessive. Unable to properly explain what this paid for. OEM part used and it was 2X the open market price !! I only dealt with Buddy ( 99 is excessive. I was looking for a specific model and walked in to the the dealer to see if they could help me. Chris greeted me and from the beginning I had a great experience. Bought a car there and they tried to hassle me over $500 on the price. Then they said they would give me car mats and 2 free oil changes. They sent the car mats, but when I went in to get an oil change they on the price. Then they said they would give me car mats and 2 free oil changes. They sent the car mats, but when I went in to get an oil change they refused until I left a good review about them. Spoke to a manager and he didn’t care. Pretty sad to lose business over an oil change! More
