I have purchased two brand new cars from this dealership. Both had to be towed in with less than 9,000 miles. There are major issues with these new Fords and Ford won’t do anything to make it right. The dealership doesn’t care they’re selling crap cars, they also won’t accommodate. I’ve been without a vehicle for a week with no help in sight. We’ve made multiple calls and visits. No one will return our car. We are out money from the tow. I WILL NOT buy another car from this dealership bc they do not stand behind their cars or customer service. Both cars are lemons! The last one was a new king ranch so you know how much I spent. Does a lot of good when it’s dead in the middle of the road! It put mine and my daughters life in danger. Bottom line, Ford nor the dealership cares! More

It’s a nice dealership with great staff. My complaint is that it took longer than expected to receive my truck I understand there are challenges in receiving parts needed to complete repairs My complaint is that it took longer than expected to receive my truck I understand there are challenges in receiving parts needed to complete repairs or service. I was advised that I would receive updates on the progress of the work being done that never happened in fact I had to contact my representative which is very disappointing. Good communication is very important to me and it did not seem like it was important to my representative. I was told that the service department needed to detail my truck but I feel they did a poor job I found trash underneath the passenger seat and in the glove box compartment. More
