The sales guy was very respectful and super helpful. I loved every minute of the chance to serve me. The entire process from identifying the car, setting up the appointment and viewing the car was smoot I loved every minute of the chance to serve me. The entire process from identifying the car, setting up the appointment and viewing the car was smooth and seamless. He kept in touch and was professional. However once he handed off to other department after my agreement to purchase, things took a downward turn. I was not shown purchase agreement with the breakdown or total of my payment and offering all extras on to the initial purchase. I was only shown monthly payment with financing. This made me take the wrong decision. My vehicle was delivered a week after signing, which puts me outside the 5-day return window which was also not communicated to me as available! I never saw the documents I signed until a week later after I had pressured to receive them. I thought I should have received a copy of the documents the same night I signed! It would have changed the game had I seen the purchase agreement. I feel misled and deceived. The only consolation, upon finding out I can't return the vehicle, is that it is a clean car and I can live with it. Also I can drop so many unneeded protections that jerked up the total purchase price by 30% which I concluded was not worth it as I could have gone for a brand new car at that price that wouldn't have needed any extended protections but the free manufacturer warranty! Glad I could drop off some of the protections to save me some money! More
Dropped off my Ford Escape due to recall, they fixed it and left a gash on passenger door side.
