James Thompson is great and the only reason that I return to this dealership. Everything else, Sub-Par. The new vehicle purchase was like a 3 ring circus and type-o's on the mailing address so I never got to this dealership. Everything else, Sub-Par. And then they did not hold my full payment check for 3 days, as they said that they would, so I had a collection agency calling me a few days after delivery. More

Drop off service was efficient and easy. Was told diagnostics could take up to 48 hours. Was a Thursday when I dropped off.
